Director of Educational Programming

Jean Peters serves as the Director of Educational Programming, bringing 35 years of experience guiding, coaching, and designing early childhood and elementary learning environments. Jean’s work, spanning roles as a Montessori guide, consultant, and school director, reflects a deep belief in equity, curiosity, and the transformative power of quality early education. Whether she’s mentoring teachers, collaborating with families, or partnering with community organizations, Jean brings warmth, clarity, and a steady vision for what authentic Montessori education can be. Above all, she is energized by creating spaces where every child is seen, supported, and inspired to love learning.
