Phillip Love

Director of Finance

Phillip Love serves as Finance Director, providing strategic oversight of the organization’s fiscal health and operational integrity. He manages the full accounting cycle, including cash flow monitoring, payroll, financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and compliance with federal and grant requirements. Phillip works closely with leadership to support sound financial decision-making and long-term sustainability. His technical oversight extends to the administration of the agency’s donor database and its comprehensive case management system, ensuring data integrity supports service delivery. Whether he is assisting program managers with purchasing protocols or submitting contractual invoices, Phillip’s focus remains on transparency, compliance, and stewardship. Outside of work, he is passionate about dog rescue and LGBTQ+ youth advocacy and enjoys collecting Waterford crystal, appreciating the same precision and clarity in glass that he brings to his financial work.
