Nancy Kidd

Hope House Director

Nancy Kidd serves as the Hope House Director, leading the overall operations and service delivery of the transitional housing program, ensuring a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for all residents. With a deep commitment to addressing homelessness and strengthening families, she oversees resident intake, assessments, individualized case management planning, and facility operations. Nancy works closely with residents to support goals related to stability, parenting, budgeting, and life skills development. She also manages partnerships and resources that help families transition successfully into permanent housing. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and leading community support groups through her church.
