Lauren Egan

Director of Community Services

Lauren Egan serves as the Director of Community Services, overseeing the agency’s vital Emergency Assistance Case Managers, the Fluvanna Food Pantry, and the Fluvanna Thrift Store. Passionate about fostering self-reliance, she is deeply committed to helping individuals and families achieve stability through access to essential resources and personalized support. A proactive and adaptable leader, she embraces new challenges and seeks innovative ways to reduce barriers to service. Outside of work, Lauren volunteers with local food pantries and remote area medical clinics and enjoys crafting, spending time with family and friends, vacationing at the beach and Las Vegas, and playing with her dog.
