Austyn Monday

Director of People (HR)

Austyn Monday serves as Director of People (HR), supporting both the people and operational systems that help the agency run effectively. She works closely with executive leadership and managers to align people practices with MACAA’s mission, ensuring policies, systems, and processes support both accountability and employee well-being. Austyn is known for her thoughtful listening, sound judgment, and ability to navigate complex situations with compassion. Austyn is especially passionate about strengthening internal systems so staff can focus fully on serving the community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, cooking, and practicing yoga.
